Tami joined Genesis Partners in 2005 as a Human Resources Consultant. Tami identifies key talent for Genesis Partners’ portfolio companies, works with portfolio companies to develop strong human capital capabilities and practices, and is also an integral part of the Genesis Partners due diligence process.

Tami has been a part of the Israeli technology community for over fifteen years and has extensive experience in helping companies build effective executive teams, establishing the HR infrastructure for multinational corporations, and conducting pre-merger due diligence and post-merger integration. Prior to joining Genesis Partners, Tami was a Human Resources Partner at Star Ventures. Prior to that, Tami was the Vice President of Human Resources for Lucent Technologies’ Enterprise InterNetworking System Business Group and the Vice President of Human Resources of Lannet Data. Tami began her career as a human resource professional with the RAD Data Communications Group.

Tami holds a BA in Psychology and French from Bar Ilan University.
