June 29, 2009Herzliya, Israel – June 29, 2009 – Neebula today announced the completion of a $5 Million Series A round of equity financing led by Pitango Venture Capital and Genesis Partners. Rami Beracha, General Managing Partner of Pitango Venture Capital, and Jonathan Saacks, General Partner at Genesis Partners, will join the company’s board of directors.
Neebula, which was founded in 2009, is planning to provide innovative solutions for the new cloud computing environments, driven by the strong trend of virtualization. The company is currently operating in stealth mode.
